Track My Order

For the majority of orders, you will be emailed confirmation of dispatch and also provided a Tracking Number. Because of the nature of Sprout's operation, sometimes products are sent to you from different places. These details will be included with your confirmation email.

Australia Post

For items shipped with Australia Post, you will be provided a Tracking/Satchel number once your order is shipped. Please note that, at times, the item isn't scanned by Australia Post until it arrives at the delivery point's Distribution Centre or your local Post Office. If it doesn't show immediately, please allow a couple of days (depending on your location from Melbourne). You can track that item here:

Star Track Express

For items shipped with Star Track Express, you will be provided a Tracking/Consignment number once your order is shipped.

Fastway Couriers

For items shipped with Fastway Couriers, you will be provided a Tracking/Consignment number once your order is shipped.
