Got my Oscar neo 1000 yesterday - couldn't be happier.  Thanks for the great service - I absolutely love the juicer and had fun with the kids with the wheatgrass kit today. Thank goodness I ordered the extra trays, I didn't read the very clear instructions properly and germinated 1kg of seed! (You only need one cup per tray, Deborah - Nathan)

 

Now have 8 on the go and some in the garden bed. Ho hum - looks like all my friends will be getting a tray next week!

Well the Juicers arrived today thank you very much.
Chris was buying his as a surprise for his wife's birthday and he brought her around supposedly to have a look at mine. I had only just unpacked it so I hadn't even tried it out. She thought my juicer was wonderful and said that they'd have to get one. As they were leaving Chris surprised her with her very own juicer which I had stored outside my back door.

She almost did a couple of handstands!

Wow, I'm impressed!
I put just three pears through the juicer as a trial run earlier tonight and extracted one & three quarter cups of juice, and it took no time at all to run them through. The quality of juice was excellent........but of course you knew it would be!

Just had to tell you how thrilled I am with the Oscar! I can’t fault your fantastic service, brilliant price and super fast delivery. I am going to recommend you and the Oscar to everyone I know, it’s definitely the best appliance in my kitchen. I made 3 litres of juice this afternoon, just thought I’d start with something easy as I have never juiced anything beyond an orange in my life! So I just combined carrots, beet, celery, apples and oranges. My 12 yr old couldn’t get enough, claimed it was better than Boost!!! It is so easy to use, so quiet and so easy to clean and re-assemble.

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for your assistance with my purchase of the OSCAR VITAL MAX 900 Juicer. It arrived today, only two days after placing my order, and I absolutely love it.

I also own a top of the range Centrifugal juicer which I have already decided to give away to friends as I am so happy with the OSCAR. Not only is it incredibly easy to assemble, disassemble and clean the machine is so quiet. The juicer function is fantastic but I can already see so many possible functions for the Mincing Screen.

I have already used it to make the best sugar-free blackberry sorbet I have ever tasted. I have also made 100% Buckwheat Soba Noodles which are so hard to find in stores as they are always cut with wheat flour.

But I digress, I would like to say thank you for your excellent service. Sometimes when buying products online it is difficult to get a response from the retailer/wholesaler and you kept me up to date every step of the way. I will definately be using sprout.net.au for all my future purchases.

I ordered mung beans from you in late April and they were the best I have ever had!

Was I just lucky that ALL my beans softened and there were NO tooth-breaking hard beans amongst my sprouts?

Or is the quality of your beans always this good? When your site said you had no mung beans in stock, I ordered from another supplier of organic beans. Even when I soaked them overnight, I still had hard beans in every batch of sprouts!

Do you have, or will be able to get the same quality mung beans as before? I'd like to order a kilo at a time. Everyone I give me sprouts to, absolutely loves them!
